After all the boilers are installed, the boilers and ancillary equipment should be carefully inspected and accepted item by item to make them meet the requirements of ignition operation. The comprehensive inspection shall include at least the following items:
1. Inspection in the pot: Whether the components in the pot are installed correctly, and whether there are tools or sundries left in the furnace. The hand hole can be closed after checking and confirming.
2. Inspection outside the pot: mainly check whether there are deposits or blockages in the furnace and flue, whether the inner wall of the furnace is intact, whether there are cracks, bumps, or falling off. Whether the insulation layer is intact, whether all flue doors, inspection doors, etc. are intact, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the seal is tight.
3. Other inspections:
Check all pipes and valves of the return water system (including the boiler make-up pump).
Check all pipes and valves of the sewage system.
Check all pipes, valves and insulation layers of the heating system.
