Methods to reduce the exhaust gas temperature of biomass steam boilers:
1. Install a low-pressure economizer: the water flow of the low-pressure economizer can be adjusted, so that the pipe wall temperature can be adjusted. When the boiler is running at low load, the reduction value of the coal consumption rate does not decrease, and it has good load adaptability, so it has a good The coal type and seasonal adaptability.
2. Reasonably increase the outlet temperature of the coal mill: Increase the outlet temperature of the coal mill, which can not only enhance the heat exchange effect of the air preheater, but also increase the temperature of the air and powder mixture entering the furnace, effectively reducing the exhaust gas temperature. The outlet temperature of the coal mill is increased by 10°C, which can reduce the exhaust gas temperature by about 2°C. Considering the safety of the pulverizing system, the outlet temperature of the running coal mill is strictly controlled at about 80°C.
3. Improve the cycle efficiency of the boiler thermal system, reduce the coal consumption of the boiler, and will not have any adverse effects on the combustion and heat transfer of the boiler. At the same time, install a bag filter to improve the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator and the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization system.
4. Use the height and length of the furnace to construct a rapidly decreasing convection area. After the three-stage superheater, no burning sparks are allowed to appear, and the temperature of the hot flue gas decreases gradually during the heat exchange process on the heating surface of the tail.
5. Lower the flame burning center and reduce the amount of smoke generated.
6. The temperature of the flue gas cooler is changed by the feed water temperature. The temperature difference of the feed water temperature is used in the ignition of the biomass steam boiler to change the temperature of the flue gas cooler.
