Biomass fuel boiler maintenance

1) Clean the stove. The furnace of the biomass fuel boiler should be cleaned regularly to remove the slag in the furnace so as to make the fuel burn fully.

2) Instrument cleaning. Gauges (such as water level gauges and pressure gauges) for boilers using biomass fuels should be normal and clean to ensure that boiler operators can judge the condition of the boiler based on the gauge display.

3) regular discharge. After using biomass boilers for a period of time, sewage should be discharged to remove impurities in the boilers and change the water source.

4) Auxiliary equipment. Control cabinet, forced ventilation fan, induced draft fan, etc. should be maintained for normal operation.

5) Combustion conditions. Check the combustion conditions in the combustion furnace of the biomass boiler to confirm whether the fuel can be fully burned. If the thermal efficiency is reduced and the boiler is abnormal, the boiler should be checked and the problem solved in time.
