1. 10 tons of SZL series biomass steam boiler

SZL series biomass steam boiler is a double drum horizontal water tube steam boiler, boiler steam output of 2-30 TPH, steam pressure of 1.25-2.5MPa. The boiler is of complete set type. In process steam power plants, this kind of double-drum boiler is preferred, mainly because it can withstand larger load fluctuations than single-drum boiler, and the response to load changes is much faster. SZL series biomass steam boilers use a reciprocating grate to move the raw material through the boiler. The large amount of water available in the double drum biomass steam boiler makes it available for large load changes. The mud barrel is the lower barrel in a boiler. The steam drum is the upper drum of the boiler in which all the steam produced is collected. Mud buckets and pipes are fully filled with water, while steam buckets are only partially filled.

2. 10 ton DZL series chain grate boiler

10 ton DZL series single drum boiler is composed of water pipe and fire pipe. The burning gas leaves the water pipe and passes through the horizontal pipe in the fire pipe. Each tube is surrounded by water, which vaporizes as the heated gas spreads and doubles back through the tube. Single drum and single airway unit, pressurized operation, with membrane wall structure, furnace nose bow, economizer and air heater, economical recovery of heat. The boiler adopts spiral bellows, complete auxiliary equipment, mechanized coal injection and slag discharge, easy to operate.
