The biomass fuel combustion process can be divided into three steps: volatilization analysis, char and volatile matter combustion, and char combustion. In order to better organize the combustion of biomass, it is necessary to treat the drying of water as an independent process and take measures in the following aspects.
(1) Adopt to strengthen the fuel combustion of the vertical biomass boiler, increase the combustion share in the middle of the furnace, arrange a part of the secondary air, reduce the overall temperature of the furnace, and minimize the production of carbon and silicon complexes.
(2) Raise the furnace, add a large cross-section burnout chamber, reduce the exit smoke velocity, reduce the amount of fly ash, and fly ash particle size.
(3) The vertical biomass boiler adopts a reciprocating grate with a large inclination angle and low-speed operation, which prolongs the fuel residence time in the furnace and facilitates the downward movement of the floating ash.
(4) The vertical biomass boiler adopts a water-cooled short front arch to reduce the temperature in front of the furnace, adjust the secondary air volume and the primary air supply volume in front of the furnace, and control the ignition point in front of the furnace.
(5) Arrange the fuel booster air on the rear wall of the upper part of the rear arch, so that the spraying fuel in the air falls on the front half of the grate, and the slow movement of the grate makes the fuel move backward gradually, increasing the fuel in the furnace Retention time, and make the fixed carbon and carbon-silicon complex in the fuel burn out under the mid-temperature environment of the back arch to reduce the sintering phenomenon.
(6) The convection heating surface is designed to operate at medium temperature and medium speed to reduce wear.
(7) The air preheater with bypass flue is adopted, and the temperature of the primary air can be changed by adjusting the gate of the bypass flue according to the fuel and combustion conditions, thereby adjusting the exhaust flue gas temperature and helping the fuel combustion on the grate surface .
(8) Reasonably organize the second wind. The secondary air of the hopper in front of the grate acts as a uniform distribution, controlling the ignition point of the fuel at the front of the grate; the secondary air at the middle and lower parts of the front of the furnace of the vertical biomass boiler acts as a uniform distribution of fuel; the secondary air at the rear arch has a large amount of secondary air and has a range of shooting The main function is to push the fuel to the front of the furnace, stir the furnace smoke, burn out the volatile matter, and lower the furnace temperature.
