In September 2007, Wuxi ZOZEN boiler Co., Ltd. has passed the association certification, becoming another full-cover power boiler, pressure vessel and pressure components external piping factory manufacturing and on-site installation of ASME companies in Jiangsu Province. This certification paved the way for ZOZEN boiler Co., Ltd. to undertake overseas boiler and pressure vessel production and installation projects.
In this review, the ASME Association Joint Inspection Team conducted a rigorous assessment of the forensic review and procedural code standards for the design and manufacture of power boilers, pressure vessels, and pipeline manufacturing and installation of Wuxi ZOZEN boiler Co., Ltd., the level of welders, quality system, basic facilities and other achievements have been given a high degree of evaluation.
Two months later, with the successful operation of the WNS series boiler in Colombia, it marked that ZOZEN boiler Co., Ltd. has further developed the international market. WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a three-way wet back gas (oil)-fired boiler with shell and back designed by our company according to domestic and foreign advanced technology and experience. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the full-wave furnace and transmits radiation heat through the wall of the furnace. This is the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion converges in the reburning chamber and turns to the second pass, which is the threaded pipe bundle area. After the convection heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases to the front smoke box, and it turns to the third return. That is, the beam bundle area, and then into the chimney after the inspection box, and finally discharged into the atmosphere. This series of boilers have the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, convenient maintenance, durability, automatic intelligent control etc. All performance indicators were higher than the design requirements.
